First Aid IT uses personal data only for the purpose for which you provide it. This website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal data.

Which data do we process?

When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, company name, business email address and the question or information you provide.

Why do we process this data?

• To assess and answer your request.
• To prepare a meeting, proposal or assignment when requested.
• To investigate misuse of the form and technical problems.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries safely and carefully.

How long do we retain data?

An enquiry that does not lead to an assignment is normally retained only as long as needed for follow-up, with a target maximum of twelve months. Statutory retention periods can apply to proposals, assignments and financial administration.

Who receives the data?

We share data only with suppliers required for hosting, email or delivery of your request, or where required by law. They may not use the data for their own marketing.

Cookies and statistics

The public website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Submitting the form may create a temporary, strictly necessary session cookie to limit abuse and duplicate submissions.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. No online system is entirely risk-free. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, identity documents or other sensitive data through the contact form.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data and may object to processing. Email contact@firstaidit.nl and state that your request concerns privacy.
